Nishi was born in 1999 in Mumbai, India. She completed her BSc (2020) and MSc (2022) in Chemistry at Ramnarain Ruia College, University of Mumbai. She joined Aganitha Cognitive Solutions as a Junior Scientist in August 2022, where she contributed to various cheminformatics projects and mechanistic studies using machine learning and quantum chemical methods. In August 2024, she moved to the United States, where she served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Utah. In August 2025, she joined the Pollice Research Group as a PhD candidate within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie CATALOOP network. Her current research focuses on data-driven modeling of stereoselective catalysts.
